Why should I book my car online in advance?
Paros and Antiparos are among the most popular Greek islands, especially during the summer months. During peak season, vehicles often sell out and last-minute prices rise sharply.
By booking online in advance, you:
- Secure availability for your preferred vehicle category
- Lock in lower rates before demand increases
- Have access to a wider range of vehicles to choose from
Is the booking price final or are there hidden charges?
The price displayed during booking is the final price you will pay.
All rental rates include VAT and applicable taxes, and we do not apply hidden fees.
Any optional extras (insurance, equipment, delivery, etc.) are clearly shown during the booking process and listed on your rental voucher.
Can I rent a car without a credit card or deposit?
Yes. We offer flexible rental options depending on your needs.
You can:
- Rent a vehicle without using a credit/debit card by selecting the relevant option during booking
- Choose an insurance package that allows you to rent with no deposit, providing extra peace of mind
All available options are clearly presented during the booking process.
How and where do I collect my rental car in Paros?
Paros Airport:
Our representative will meet you outside the arrivals gate holding a sign with your name. If you provide your flight number, we will monitor delays automatically.
Parikia Port:
Our main office is located just 70 meters from the ferry gate and can be reached easily on foot. A location pin is sent after booking.
All other locations (Paros & Antiparos):
We offer delivery and collection across the islands. Our team will contact you in advance to arrange details.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Can I book a specific car model?
As standard in the car rental industry, reservations are confirmed by vehicle category, not by a specific model.
However, we make every effort to provide the model shown on our website and successfully do so in over 95% of cases.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes.
- Reservations can be modified free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up, subject to availability
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before pick-up are free of charge
If payment has already been made, bank transaction fees may apply during the refund process.
Is mileage limited?
No.
All rentals include unlimited kilometers within Paros and Antiparos.
Do you provide baby or child seats?
Yes. We offer EU-certified (CE approved) child safety equipment:
- Infant / baby seats: 6–17 kg
- ISOFIX infant seats: 6–17 kg
- Booster seats: 18–36 kg
- Infant baby cots: 0–9 kg
Please reserve in advance to guarantee availability.
What should I do if I experience a problem or breakdown?
In the event of a breakdown, please contact us immediately using the phone number listed on your rental agreement.
Before calling, please ensure:
- The vehicle has sufficient fuel
- You are pressing the brake (automatic) or clutch (manual) when starting the engine
Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I drive the rental car outside Paros or Antiparos?
No. Rental vehicles may not leave Paros or Antiparos without prior written permission from our company.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
We also accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and China UnionPay, which incur a 3% surcharge due to bank commissions in Greece.
Are there delivery or out-of-hours charges?
- Free pick-up and return from Paros Port and Paros Airport during working hours (08:30–22:00)
- Delivery to or collection from local accommodation incurs a pre-set fee displayed during booking
- Out-of-hours service (22:00–08:30) carries an additional charge
Can more than one person drive the vehicle?
Yes.
Each rental includes two authorized drivers free of charge.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Yes. Telephone reservations are available, although a booking deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

How do I book more than one vehicle?
If you need multiple vehicles of the same category for the same dates, please include the number of cars, names, and contact details in the booking notes. Our team will contact you to arrange the details.
Alternatively, you may book each vehicle separately online.
Do you offer cars for weddings or special occasions?
Yes. We provide selected vehicles for weddings and special events.

What date format do you use?
We use the standard Greek and international format: Day / Month / Year (dd-mm-yyyy)
Do you offer refunds for early returns or unused fuel?
Early returns do not qualify for a refund, as the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your rental period.
Unused fuel is also non-refundable.
Can I add insurance after collecting the vehicle?
Yes. You may add insurance by visiting our main office during working hours and speaking with one of our agents.
How are accident damages calculated if not fully covered?
In the event of damage not fully covered by insurance, we use the official DAT damage assessment system, which provides a precise and transparent estimate based on the specific vehicle model.
Customers also benefit from our discounted repair rates. We do not profit from vehicle damages.
What fuel policy do you follow?
We operate a same-to-same fuel policy.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up.
Are pets allowed in rental vehicles?
Pets are generally not allowed in rental vehicles unless they are certified service animals or are transported in a secure carry case or bag that prevents direct contact with the vehicle interior.
